Mother nature wants to heal us, for us to live a healthy and joyful life, sometimes we just need to be open to receiving her message. 

Everyone’s healing process is different, and we all need different things. My aim is to offer you a unique herbal regimen and/or ritual to promote your spiritual and holistic wellness. How it works:

2) Schedule your 60-minute virtual consult via the Calendly link sent to your email

3) Meet with me! We'll do a deep dive to discuss what ails you. Within 5 days you'll receive your recommendation for an herbal protocol and/or ritual to help take new steps on your path to wellness.

4) Enjoy the journey and the herbs!

5) 2 weeks after your protocol begins, I'll reach out to schedule your 30-minute follow up to discuss how things are going. 

Please note that the consultation sessions do not include the herbs themselves because everyone needs something different, therefore recommendations will vary. Protocol recommendations could be a tincture or glycerite with herbal support, a ritual to help with your personal growth, a unique tea blend, or combination of things. Each herbal support recommendation will be unique to you! In most cases, there will be an option to purchase the herbal regimen directly from me, or to purchase the ingredients and instructions for the herbal regimen if you’d like to source the herbs on your own.

Cancellation policy: There will be a $75 cancellation fee if not cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours of the appointment time, and no refund will be offered if you do not cancel, and you do not show up for your appointment.
